Bid Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Our Client

Currently hiring for a Bid Manager for a large digital transformation consultancy in the Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Responsible for managing your own time while running multiple bids.
• Assemble and coordinate the bid team.
• Create and execute the bid plan, manage the bid budget, and involve resources.
• Identify the needs of the customers and ensure the proposal will provide the best value for the price.
• Organize win-strategy workshops and pricing sessions.
• Review the proposals and contribute content.
• Coordinate the solution and proposal approval and validation process, Contribute to customer presentations.
• Keep updated the bid documentation.
• Work effectively with other departments such as Legal, Procurement, Marketing, etc.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum experience of 8 years in working as a Bid Manager/Writer.
• Experience with IT products and services.
• Knowledge of risk management/analysis and approval processes.
• Experience in contract development is a plus.
• Arabic Speaking
