This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking BIM Specialist to join our established and growing team in Saudi.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting in the strategy, governance, and structuring of BIM implementation on the project level.
• Assisting in the BIM execution plan.
• Assisting in the development of software templates and rule sets.
• Conducting quality checks on models. .
• Supporting the development of using BIM in construction sequencing, costing and operations where required.
• Working with design consultants and contractors to manage the BIM implementation approach on a project level.
• Creating a strategic plan to implement the adequate use of technology in the design process and implement lean practices to minimise redo work in multiple design platforms.
• Establishing a process for collecting, evaluating and developing parametric Revit content specific to each design practice area.
• Monitoring and guiding the model advancement and utilisation process through construction.
• Review the contractor’s BIM model and as-built model.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

• Recognized degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other directly related Building Construction programs with Major in BIM Technology/digital design and industry knowledge in multiple project disciplines and coordination processes.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in large buildings, infrastructure projects with at least 5 years of BIM, Graphics, 3D Modelling, GIS and Asset Inventory experience and shall have relevant proficiency in proposed BIM Authoring and Coordination Software.
