(BIM Structural Manager) Job description:

On a behalf of high profile client, we are looking for outstanding BIM Structural Manager, to hire urgently, it is preferable to have work experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.

Summary:

A BIM Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and overseeing the BIM process and ensuring the efficient and effective use of BIM technology. The primary role of a BIM Manager is to manage and oversee the BIM process throughout the construction project lifecycle.

Job Duties:

• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows
• Overseeing the development and management of 3D models and BIM data
• Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data
• Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows
• Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts
• Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports
• Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 19650
