Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Support the In-house developed CRM system with many customer views (payments, call details, balance, etc.). BMS is more user friendly than Siebel. Although transition is ongoing: many capabilities has just moved from BMS into Sky (a single box for BMS + Siebel)

• Meets the desired business requirements of providing an enhanced UI experience to call center agents
• In-house developed system with many customer views (payments, call details, balance, etc.) BMS is more user friendly than Siebel.
• Although transition is ongoing: many capabilities have been moved from BMS into Sky (a single box for BMS + Siebel)
• Used by Customer Care (majority) and also by Sales and Finance.
• Provides features which cannot be met by Siebel - showing views from different systems, 360 degree view of the customer, single-click feature, reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum (5-8) years on management BMS & CRM systems.
• First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
