Corporate Affairs Manager - Real Estate Investment

The candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chairman's activities, specifically in the matters of establishing a new non-profit organization, as well as in facilitating / support in all other non-executive rules. The role also includes streamlining all the processes of the Chairman office, Initiatives management/ reporting, and stakeholders' management.

The company's primary goal is to institutionalise the family's real estate investments, which have a history spanning over four decades. The company operates in a Sharia-compliant manner and currently establishing a non profit organisation that is going to be amongst the largest in Saudi Arabia.

Description

• Chairman Office Establishment: Assist in setting up and managing the Chairman's Office, including creating task management system, advisory support, Board packs reviews and streamlining office processes.
• Meetings Preparation Support: Attend meetings with the Chairman when needed, collect relevant materials and information, and conduct analysis as needed. Prepare briefs and reports to support decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on various aspects of the Chairman's activities, including progress updates, financial summaries, and strategic recommendations. Remind the Chairman of critical milestones and commitments.
• Board Packs Review: Facilitate the process of reviewing Chairman Board Packs for all the Non-executive rules the chairman plays.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including internal teams, external partners, and clients. Serve as a point of contact for the Chairman.
• Strategic Advising: Act as a strategic advisor to the Chairman, providing insights, recommendations, and support for key initiatives and decision-making, or as a focal point for downloading advice from subject matter experts.
• Initiatives Management: Utilise your project management skills to oversee and drive key projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the organisation's strategic goals. Incubate the initiation, planning, and execution monitoring / reporting for Chairman Initiatives.
• Board Secretary: Act as a board and board committees secretary.
