Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well-known and respected FMCG specialist, and they are seeking a Brand Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise the marketing activities for the category.

This position will be responsible for measuring the market share, developing & managing an assigned product line from conceptual stages through the products life cycle, coordinating development of trade promotions in collaboration with sales management, conduct internal & external analysis of market research, supply rolling sales forecast to supply chain and finance, implement the pricing strategy and lead and motivate, develop, coach the team amongst other duties.

Requirements

Candidates should have a proven track record of building a successful team, have excellent communication skills, be innovative and adaptable and have a clear customer focus.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a University Degree – preferably a Master in Business Management and a Major in Marketing, have exemplary command of the English language, at least 8 years’ experience within a FMCG company, and your age will not exceed 35 years.
