Job description / Role
Gather requirements from the business users.
Assist in decision making and provide domain and CRM expertise.
Point of Contact for Client Implementation Team for Business requirements
Assist in Language translations and provide support during development and Testing.
Risk & Issue management and escalation handling abilities
Assist in Change management within Client and provide guidance.
Assist in testing the application in both Arabic and English and evaluate the correctness of the application.
Assist in training of the application in both Arabic and English to the key business users.
Requirements
Overall 8+ years of IT experience
Strong knowledge of Healthcare or Insurance Domain
Strong knowledge in CRM applications (MSCRM preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Clear, concise business communication style with attention to details
Ability to build and maintain relationships with program stakeholders and gather Requirements from the business users.
Provide thought leadership when required and assist the business in taking decision on the requirements.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
English and Arabic Language skills (writing and speaking)
