Job description / Role
ETD team is responsible for the implementation of regulatory / exchange requirements primarily in Order Management System (OMS) and interfaces to OMS. Comply with regulators, exchange, internal/external auditors, compliance, risk and information security risk with respect to all core systems as well as e?channels and smart devices.
Gather complete requirement, study, analyse and prepare change request which includes business requirement, business case and benefit documents, obtaining approvals from stake holders and submit to same to IT. Involve in project full life cycle includes coordinate with IT, review of functional specification documents, prepare test cases, providing training, conduct UAT and support end users and planning for release/migration activities.
Requirements
- Implement the strategies related to brokerage core and e?business to increase the quality and efficiency of services delivered to customers and thereby better meet their needs.
- Develop brokerage e?business to ensure that my client consistently has clear understanding of customer requirements and satisfaction level.
- Implementing required progressive development within technological and cultural constrains.
- Improve the business process effectiveness.
- Improving customer attraction, retention and maximize customer lifetime value by developing Monitor MI related to attrition, cross?sell and customer behavior models.
- Implementation of ongoing business development projects in core system as well as e?trade and smart devices.
- Involve in system replacement activities which includes product walk thru and gap analysis
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided to customers
- Customer and products research analysis by producing concise analysis of various research and perform comparative analysis based on research information.
- Coordinate with IT and key suppliers to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented and required support delivered effectively and efficiently
- To undertake other tasks assigned by departments when the need arises.
- To understand and observe all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures applicable to the business conduct you are involved, specifically internal control and compliance policy. Be aware of all the operations risks scenarios associated with the role and act in manner taking into consideration the operational risk involved.
