Employment: Full Time

Our Client – a leading food service Kitchens supplier, manufacturer and service provider company in the Arabian Gulf with remarkable career growth opportunities. The company has a broad experience in the food service industry allowing it to achieve the highest level of development in kitchen design and long term efficiency. Due to its substantial expansion, our client is currently looking now for a Business Development Manager.

Job location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Key responsibilities:

- Identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions

- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company

- Develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship with current clients

- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients

- Develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company

- Attend industry functions such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team

- Travel at least monthly across the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

- Report to the Head of Sales

Compensation package:

15,000-18,000 Saudi Riyals / month ( 4,000- 4,800 $USD) + commissions

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in business development, sales, and customer service

- Background experience in water filtration products is a must

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or Engineering/Chemistry

- Fluency in English (Arabic language is a huge advantage)

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Tight organisational and time management skills

- Adaptability to the organizational culture

- Travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as per business requirements
