GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

- Lead the team of Trade Marketing Executives and Retail Design Manager in order to drive our category strategies and ensure they are effectively planned and implemented in the trade by aligning with the Channel managers and Accounts.

Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the channel Trade marketing executives to:
- Define our category strategies
- Combine market, shopper and consumer knowledge to build the strategies for category growth
- Translate the brand strategy to a channel strategy and priorities by account
- Dictate the activity plan by brand - promo mechanics (in partnership with RGM and as part of a continual process), manage exclusivity and differentiation across accounts, full aligned per campaign to marketing plan
- Become the experts on the category through understanding of market dynamics and brand performance - both on ground and quantitative data
- Deliver our brand vision in store through POSM across the trade - from budget planning to production to implementation
- Experience in business development and/or shopper marketing/insights roles
