Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Analyze the market to identify market and customer needs
• Prepare project scope and milestones for company initiatives
• Communicate and organize with management to increase the company's outreach
• Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Develop goals for the development department and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business
• Development/Management or relevant field. MBA is a plus but highly recommended.
• Proven working experience as a business development manager
• Extensive knowledge of management theory and practical applications in the workplace
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
• Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and other software
• Understanding of marketing and marketing theories
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
