- Directs welfare activities for employees and Organizes entertainment, sport activities and outings
- Manages and enhance team facilities & services (i.e. team accommodation, restaurant, libraries, lockers and recreational facilities...) as per Accor foundational standards
- Acts as the key point of contact for employee welfare onsite.
- Be responsible for identifying and assessing the Hotel's employee welfare needs.
- Directing the welfare activities for the employees and recommending ways to improve employees' welfare.
- In coordination with the client and companies involved on the program, responsible for identifying and assessing employees' welfare needs.
- Plans, develops and manages the implementation of worker welfare practices across the program.
- Develops, implements and manages employee welfare assurance/control program.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Collects, tracks, analyses, and reports overall results, including trends, for employee welfare.
- Provides expert direction on resolution of issues.
- Supports wider community employee welfare programs
- Directing the welfare activities for employees and recommending to contractors / consultants. ways to improve employee's welfare.
- Responsible for the preparation of the employee welfare standards self-assessment and rectification Plan, as per project standards, and producing written and verbal reports as per Hotel procedures.
- Engage senior management to provide leadership and oversight on worker welfare issues.
- Engage and liaise with onsite Human Resources colleagues, other external stakeholders to promote worker welfare improvements across the program.
- Manages budget for employee social, sports, welfare and wellbeing purchases and activities.
- Work with HR teams to ensure that all welfare programs and initiatives are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Work with Onboarding and Operations teams to ensure that new employees are properly onboarded and that all welfare programs are accessible to all employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all welfare programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

- Minimum 5- years of previous experience in a welfare role, preferably with individuals of diverse backgrounds, working in a remote location.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful welfare support and associated advice, guidance and programs.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills along with excellent command of the English language are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
