Role

Delivering and successfully implementing the regional digital transformation strategy for Faithful+Gould (part of SNCL EDPM) across Middle East.

- Shared responsibility for leading, developing and implementing regional business systems solutions and modern management technologies for internal and external users.
- Driving standardisation and consistency, ensuring best practice is collected and disseminated across the business.
- Identifying and introducing business efficiencies and streamlining processes using innovative digital technologies.
- Responsible for providing expert, hands-on support from bid phase through to project start-up, defining and leading all implementation activities, gathering requirements and advising on processes and methodologies.
- Capturing and communicating lessons learned to ensure continuous improvement across all core services and systems.

Responsibilities

- Provide system development support to all projects and programmes across the Middle East. Travel is a given.
- Develop and implement methods to standardise and automate business and project management processes and procedures.
- Develop and enhance the supply chain management system in support of developing business requirements.
- Continue to develop and nurture relationships with key software vendors, ensuring we are up to date with developments and improvements and ensuring we share and receive client opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications Required

- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Science or Technology related subject.
- RICS, PMI or APM qualifications preferred.

Experience Required

- Advance Excel, SharePoint, Database, SQL, System Integration, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
- Developing and implementing business systems or tools.
- Developing technical delivery processes.
- Understanding of project management, planning and project controls processes and methodologies.
- Capable of being customer facing in technical sales support role.
- Able to build relationships with software vendors / partner organisations and leverage these relationships for business benefit.
- Proficient in providing creative and technical vision and direction to development teams, interfacing with technical programming personnel.
- Knowledge of AGILE practices when used to sequentially develop and deliver systems and software in usable packages of functionality with clearly defined business benefits.
- Ability to deliver technical training.
- Ability to carry our quality control verification and compliance checks on various service and process areas.
- Ability to engage with end users, encouraging and managing changes in deliver work areas in relation to changing the way we deliver to our clients.
- Experience in managing and implementing large change programmes and projects.
- Ability to problem solve working alone and as part of a systems and process improvement team.
- Experience in developing collateral and contributing during bid submissions to drive and secure future opportunities across the region.
- Experience of working on major projects during start up, delivery and close out - understanding of potential pain points during project lifecycle.
- Experience and knowledge of internal governance and delivery requirements in relation to Business Management Systems and associated standards including risk, change, quality and strategic business review processes.
- Ability to organise, interrogate, analyse and identify trends across large volumes of data.
