CAFM & Data Analyst

Job description / Role

Aquila Consulting's client are seeking a skilled CAFM and Data Analyst to join their successful FM team on the AlUla project in KSA.

The CAFM and Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing a Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system and analyzing data to provide insights that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAFM software and data analysis, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize the CAFM system, including data entry, data quality control, and report generation
• Develop and implement data management strategies that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that drive decision-making
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and prioritize data needs and provide support for data-related projects
• Develop and maintain documentation for the CAFM system and data management processes
• Provide training and support to users of the CAFM system
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in CAFM system administration and data analysis
• Strong understanding of CAFM software (such as Archibus, FM:Systems, or Planon) and data analysis tools (such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of facility management concepts and processes
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
