CAFM (Maximo) Manager - Facilities Management – Riyadh, KSA – Big Fish Recruitment

Our client is a JV between a European Multi-National Facilities Management company and a leading Riyadh based group of companies. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a CAFM (Maximo) Manager to join their FM team in Riyadh.

The post holder will have specific responsibilities for the administration and operation of the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) MAXIMO system from an Operational Maintenance Perspective.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with CAFM (MAXIMO) software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Knowledge of facility management best practices and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
