We prevent, respond to, and remediate a wide range of business threats, risks and complex issues.

Our team helps clients plan, finance, manage and deliver large scale capital projects and infrastructure. You'll help the team manage the risks of a capital project through planning, managing costs, developing goals that align with the business, and records management.

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Supporting clients in the early-stage development of a capital project or program, identifying and securing clear objectives, establishing the 'delivery roadmap' underpinning the ability to drive towards a successful outcome;
- Designing and delivering transformative project and program and/ or commercial management approaches across a wide range of industries, including working on masterplans, design management, construction management, asset development, CAPEX optimization, contract and claim reviews, dispute resolution, supply chain & procurement, project monitoring and controls, and governance across multiple industries such as real estate and infrastructure.
- Working closely with senior leaders of major global businesses to optimize the efficiency of their capital program and supporting them to deliver their intended benefits;
- Providing expertise to clients who strive to deliver projects within constrained budgets or supporting them through challenging situations.

Requirements

Role Requirements

- Experience in setting infrastructure strategies at the city or municipal level.
- 10+ years of experience working on the end-to-end development lifecycle of complex capital projects, large scale developments, and giga projects in an advisory/consulting capacity.
- Strong project/program management, design management, and construction management skills
- A confident communicator who is able to deliver compelling messages with impact in a passionate and credible manner to influence a wide variety of audiences;
- An exceptional leader with a strong desire to coach others within their team;
- An individual who is passionate about the delivery of capital projects, and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levels
- A strong academic and industry background and currently holds a senior position in their organization; we recruit individuals from Civil Engineering, Architecture, or similar educational backgrounds, and an MBA and PMP Certification is preferred
- An individual who is open to travel, both nationally and internationally.
