As the Category Planning Manager you will be responsible for the businesses number one customer Panda. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, planning monthly, quarterly and annual sales activities, ensuring the foundations and necessary building blocks are in place for impressive future growth, ensuring the very highest ROI and category performance, aligning all regional teams behind new initiatives, and monitoring and analysing performance data.

Requirements

It of course goes without saying that a proven track record within a category planning/ management role is essential, with previous Panda experience being highly beneficial. However over and above this we are looking for candidates who stand out from the crowd, after all we are talking about one of the worlds most sought after employers.

From experience I know that the people who succeed within this organisation are individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and influencing abilities. You will be someone who can bring a team together and focus people on one common goal. You will have the ability to connect with people at all levels, this includes those that you manage through to senior level leadership. An out of the box thinker, and a business focused entrepreneur will do very well in this environment.
