CFO

Our client is an early-stage Technology organisation with lofty ambitions to become a leading player in Logistics, Food delivery and E commerce. The company is set to launch their App in the coming weeks which will see huge growth of an already 300 head count business and will become the leader in their field in Saudi and also global ambitions

Requirements

We are targeting Chartered Accountants (or equivalent) who have in-depth knowledge within the online world (Gaming, E commerce, Delivery App ) and knowledge as a CFO or Head of Finance and who have supported a wide range of corporate finance activities. This could include: IPO in the future, deal support for acquisitions and divestment. It is important that the incoming CFO has a background in accounting and controls as well as corporate finance. As the business is in its early stages, there will be an expectation that the incoming person can do more than a job spec and successfully take on broad ranging responsibilities as well as being adept at operating in a close-knit team-oriented environment.
