Overview

Responsible for providing Change Management in relation to the digital transformation program through business-led corporate programs to improve financial performance, generate revenue from new businesses, strengthen climate leadership position, enhance safety & security and prepare workforce for digital era. The primary role is to develop and deliver, through a structured change process, change management tasks and activities for major projects and programs to support adoption of the change by working collaboratively with all stakeholders. Can involve researching market insights, opportunities for new growth, industry trends, and support with a variety of marketing and business development activities for several of the corporate practices.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management activities for a project or change initiative to support adoption of the change and drives to project and business outcome.
- Apply structured change process and methodologies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiatives
- Work collaboratively with Project and business stakeholders to deliver change management activities.
- Assess the change impact - conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Support and deliver change, communications and engagement activities
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Overseeing and leading any change management projects, including the researching, implementation and assessment from start to finish
- Creating and conducting the coaching and training sessions for various audiences, including stakeholder's management and leadership.
- Understanding the change/project objectives and being able to project these in the sessions
- Ensuring project goals are met and executed by working with numerous internal resources
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members and assigning tasks where relevant
- Ability to acknowledge and address stakeholder issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding expectations
- Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or in MIS, IT, BA from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in change initiatives, with a valid CM related certification and recent successful change, with experience including the field of innovative and digitally disruptive products, markets and trends
- Can establish change within an organization concentrating on employee development, behavioral, and cultural change
- Has strong interpersonal skills, able to operate in a complex and agile business environment, dealing with executive levels and manage conflict, advising and coaching
- Strong written and verbal communication, is excellent in writing and presentations development, and delivery, has good facilitation skills
- Has excellent analytical and research skills
