Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Client is a leading and rapidly expanding manufacturing and production/ engineering/ trading company in Jeddah is currently looking for a Chief Financial Officer to collaborate with the CEO in growing the business further.

Client are involved in the manufacturing, trading and distribution of materials across KSA, expanding into the wider GCC, based out of Jeddah. In the last 12 months they have seen rapid and continuous growth in both revenue and market share. Bringing in Tier 1 talent is a key driver for the company who are already involved in multiple acquisitions. The company boast talent from leading multinationals from all over the world.

As the Chief Financial Officer you will be supporting the CEO in growing the business. You will be partnering with the CEO on current and future acquisitions to increase revenues and market shares across the GCC and Middle East.

You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Providing support to the Senior Management and the Board/ Shareholders in an entrepreneurial manner.
* Forecasts/Annual Budget and 3-year Strategic Plan
* Lead, manage and motivate teams to deliver results cross-functionally throughout the Company, whilst driving continual year on year productivity improvements and efficiency's.
* Responsible for communicating the business strategy and its financial implications (budget, funding requirements etc.) to key stakeholders, including the Board, employees, potential providers of funds, external advisers and customers.
* Maintain a demonstrable record of accomplishment in corporate finance, incl. M&A in an entrepreneurial way.
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability by cost cutting etc
* Create and maintain financial policies and procedures, controls and reviews.
* Manage cash flows and banking relationships
* Take responsibility for all statutory reporting requirement
* Assume responsible for the implementation and oversight of financial internal controls
* Coordinate and review of all financial audits for Company and subsidiaries
* Monitor the performance of the finance team and develop talent.

Requirements

Professionally Qualified (ACA, CPA, ACCA etc), Western Educated profiles with current or previous Multinational experience is essential to be considered for this position.

You will be actively engaged with multiples acquisitions, working with an exception CEO who is driving continuous growth and change within the group. You will be responsible for all subsidiaries of the group, managing a team and controlling the financial.

* A professional Finance Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or similar)
* At least 12 years experience in finance/ accounting with the last 5 years in a senior position
* Experience in Manufacturing/ Trading (preferably within a multinational company)
* Exposure to Treasury/ Tax and Internal Audit

Desirable Features:
* Experience in M&A work
* Western Education and/ or Western Business/ Company Experience
* Arabic Speaking Desirable
* Investor Relations Experience
* System Implementation experience
