Job description / Role
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to determine requirements and needs.
- Investigate and perform an analysis of how existing projects or components can be improved.
- Summarizing scientific and engineering principles in an easy and simplified manner.
- Summarizing results and presenting technical reports.
- Covering the concept, specification, and development of current and new projects.
- Design esthetics, materials, and functionality of components.
- Follow-up procedures for manufacturing prototypes and testing products.
- Define systems and processes to help raise quality and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers within projects.
- Direct and collaborate with the team of engineers.
- Planning to ensure delivery on schedule and budget.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering (such as civil, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering)
- Practical experience in a design engineer position.
- Technical knowledge and ability to use design software.
