Employment: Full Time

Client is an international Contractors and they are currently recruiting for a Western Contracts Manager to join their team working on a project in Riyadh, KSA.

The Contracts Manager is a very important member of the Projects Contract and Commercial team and will be assisting with the daily management of all contractual, claims, legal matters relating to the project.

Requirements

- A BSc in an engineering, law or construction related degree
- At least 10 years’ experience in contract management
- At least 3 years working for a contractor
- Solid knowledge of FIDIC
- Knowledge of Contract Law
- MRICS, MCIArb or equivalent
- Experience in planning/scheduling and/or delay analysis would be a bonus
- Post- contracts
- Experience of working on buildings, tower or high rise projects

You will ideally be located in the GCC, however not necessary, but you do need at least 3-5 years working experience in the Middle East.
