Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations in our hospitality facility located in Saudi Arabia. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the premises are maintained in a clean and orderly condition and that all housekeeping staff adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, janitors, and laundry workers.
- Inspect and evaluate the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas.
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning and maintenance tasks, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping staff, ensuring that sufficient coverage is maintained to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are used in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Address and resolve any guest or staff concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, such as inspections, inventory, and staff performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects and support overall facility maintenance.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, equipment, and materials.
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards and the ability to enforce compliance among staff.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Good physical condition, as the role may involve standing, lifting, and moving heavy objects.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
