With a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services, our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee the full operations of 5 medical clinics.

A group that operates across multiple portfolios including healthcare.

Description

* Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations of 5 medical clinics (1 in Riyadh and 4 in Qassim) to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
* Implement best practices for patient care, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic workflow.
* Assess the current organizational structure and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to revamp the clinics, focusing on enhancing efficiency and patient satisfaction.
* Lead initiatives to address weaknesses and implement changes for optimal performance.
* Conduct regular performance analysis of clinics, identifying key metrics and benchmarks for success.
* Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Supervise and mentor clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Provide leadership in recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Collaborate with the Healthcare Director to align business strategies with overall organizational goals.
* Work closely with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external partners to enhance clinic services.

Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing medical clinics, with a proven track record of successful operations.
* Demonstrated experience in revamping organizations, including restructuring and process optimization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify weaknesses and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
