Job description / Role
Commi Pastry Up To 2k Sar ++ For A High-End Casual Dining Restaurant in KSA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, etc. following traditional and modern recipes
• Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
• Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
• Involvement in new products tasting and sampling in your department;
• Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner;
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and cost control
Requirements
• POSITION: COMMI PASTRY
• SALARY: up to 2,000 SAR depending on experience and qualification, plus accommodation and transportation
• HIRING COMPANY: High-End Casual Dining Restaurant
• WORK LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/ Female, 40 years old and below
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts, Pastry Making or any related certificate
• With at least 3 years working experience in the same role in casual / fine dining or stand-alone restaurants
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation
• Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.)
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
• Good communication skills
