Primary Objectives
- Develop an annual program of compliance activities with location leadership. This should align with the regional compliance roadmap.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and workshops. Including regular topics for procurement team and leadership.
- Review procurement processes and identify opportunities to strengthen controls to prevent ethical issues.
- Assist with ethics investigations in Saudi Arabia, and the development and application of an investigation methodology that is compliant with applicable Saudi Legislation and Worley Values.
- Drive completion of conflict of interest declarations, educate leadership regarding trends and how to manage them.
- Promote the gift register and monitor it's use.
- Support location in delivering annual code of conduct training.
- Interface with Customer and their compliance requirements / program.
- Participate as a member of the global Compliance team.

Requirements

Qualification.
- A lawyer with previous experience in employment law, either Saudi trained, or able to work with local external solicitors to develop the required Saudi Legal system methodology for misconduct/values breaches contraventions and consequence management
- Significant experience in corporate compliance / Worley systems
- Self-motivated with demonstrated communication, team building and client relationship skills
- Abilit y to communicate clearl y at all levels, set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, estimate times and schedule activities, identify, and allocate resources
- Abilit y to adapt to and promote organizational change where desired
- Ability provide an efficient and effective service within the Location whilst maintaining adherence to Compliance and Corporate standards and Values, and play an advocacy role for those standards and Values
