Job Description

Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and maintains/closes out guest accounts while standing at the Concierge, Front Desk, utilizing a computer, to meet the high standard of quality.

Key Roles & Responsibilities, Including the following:

- Responsible for providing personalized solutions to all guests needs and requests.
- To greet, welcome and farewell guests pleasantly and professionally.
- Required to demonstrate a pleasant and approachable demeanor during daily duties, has a guest centric approach in service delivery, embody a spirit of teamwork and a sense of responsibility to uphold the Swissotel Al-Maqam Mecca.
- To complete the registration process by accurately verifying, inputting, and retrieving information.
- To promptly answer the telephone and respond to all guests inquiries with accurate information.
- To be familiar with all the facilities and services offered.
- To be timely, accurate and courteous during all interaction with guests.
- To close guest accounts at time of checkout with assertion and satisfaction and in the event of dissatisfaction, negotiate compromise.
- To keep uniform neat and clean and be well groomed.
- To work closely with bell staff to ensure smooth arrival and departure of guests
- To be punctual and have excellent attendance.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To offer assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for dining...,activities and tours; for example, limousine services, theatre tickets, sporting events
- To provide correct and accurate information on tourist sites and activities, including being well versed in their individual company policies and procedures
- To log reservations, create confirmations and itineraries, provide information and be well versed
- All other duties as assigned

Additional Information

- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English
