Construction Manager - Jordanian

Immediate Requirement:

Our client is a leading Saudi Arabian Main contractor owned by one of most prominent families in the Kingdom.

They are currently engaged on a 500 million dollar commercial complex consisting of 4 number 20 storey and several medium sized towers.

The shell and core has been completed and the project is coming to the finishing stages.

They require a construction manager to manage the finishing aspects of one of the towers. The finishing aspects of the towers have little repetition due to the interior design of the towers.

The finish will be of a high standard.

The company will pay a very competitive package and the position is immediate.

Requirements

Degree in engineering.

Approximately 15 years’ experience.

Experience in the finishing aspects of projects

Experience with a main contractor.

A proven track record of completing mega projects.

Capable of planning works, pushing sub-contractors, controlling sequences, management of foremen and site engineers.
