Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Required to join an international contractor working on the construction of a mega entertainment project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will manage and coordinates site activity with responsibility for execution in compliance with all contractual requirements, ensuring resources are used efficiently to maximise profit margins.

Requirements:

A degree in Civil Engineering
15 years experience working on large scale construction projects
Expertise in the management of subcontractors for the fit out of either water parks / theme parks or internal snow parks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate.
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
