Overview of the role :
Electrical Construction Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of electrical components within construction projects, from planning stages through to final installation and testing.
What you will do :
- Managing and supervising electrical construction teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
- Provide updates on project advancement to the Project Manager while concurrently reporting progress to the Planning department.
- Liaise with the main contractor and MEP coordinator for activity clearances
- Maintain adequate levels of material and manpower required for construction activities
- Verify and enforce the correct sequencing of MEP activities
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that electrical systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
Requirements
Required skills to be succesful:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage the team and the stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges or issues that may arise
- Project management skills to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of proven experience in GCC with major contractors
