Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- This role will require both on site and office based attendance.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the Design and Build Contractor.
- Manage the contract commercial, administration and financial aspects arising on the TJV element of the project and to liaise directly with the
- RAMPED commercial and financial team to achieve resolve.
- Represent RAMPED at Project Control meetings with both the Contractor and the Client
- Report to the Senior Programme Manager Systems on the performance of the Contractor in delivering their Contract required
- Chair the Weekly Contractor Progress Review meetings and to ensure all actions are captured, minute, properly reported and circulated to all interested partial
- Analyse and comment on the FAST valuation submission
- Assist Project Control in the monitoring and aligning the programme updates
- Manage the Contractor site activities to ensure all third party requirements are achieved
- Manage the RAMPED field operative and contractor management personnel to ensure all works are undertaken in a safe manner and are compliant to the agreed safe working methodology
- Ensure audits on the site documentation are undertaken and properly reported to check they are In conformity with the approved designs, specification and work
- Monitor and ensure checks on materials are completed to check compliance with the drawings and
- Attend off site acceptance tests when required and to report finding
- Ensure RAMPED field teams undertake on site dimensional checks to ensure the works are installed in compliance with the drawings and specification
- Monitor the Contractors projected performance criteria to ensure the resource levels deployed at site are sufficient to complete the works in accordance with the contract programme and agreed
- Complete reports in writing as required to satisfy the LB management
- TLiaise with the other disciplines, within the LB and FAST construction teams, to ensure a seamless coordinated approach is adopted on all site operational and construction activities
- Monitor the production and to ensure all necessary records are recorded and maintained in an approved

Requirements

- Minimum experience of 15 years in Civil Infrastructure and transportation projects.
- Must have work experience in track works.
- Middle East experience is an advantage
