Consultant Plastic Surgeon

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our prestigious medical facility in Academic Medical City / Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University Hospital, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.,. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Responsibilities:
- Performing consultations with patients to discuss their aesthetic or reconstructive surgical needs and goals
- Developing personalized treatment plans and recommending surgical procedures based on individual patient requirements
- Performing a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, liposuction, facelifts, and reconstructive surgeries
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Providing post-operative care and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal recovery and outcomes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Participating in teaching and mentoring junior medical staff and residents
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery and incorporating innovative techniques into practice

Requirements

- Mbbs/Dnb/ MS/ Mch Medical degree from a recognized medical school
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery
- Valid license to practice as a Plastic Surgeon in Home country
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, with a proven track record of successful surgical outcomes
- Expertise in a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic medical environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong dedication to continuous professional development and learning
