Consultant Plastic Surgeon

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our medical team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and achieving optimal surgical outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art medical facility and contribute to the advancement of plastic surgery in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough patient consultations to understand their cosmetic or reconstructive surgery needs and goals
- Developing customized treatment plans and surgical procedures to address patient concerns and achieve desired outcomes
- Performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, facelifts, liposuction, and scar revision
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including pre-operative and post-operative management
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies to enhance patient care and surgical results
- Participating in teaching and training activities for medical students, residents, and fellows as part of academic and professional development initiatives

Requirements

- Mbbs/Ms/Dnb/Mch Medical degree from a recognized medical school and completion of specialized training in plastic and reconstructive surgery
- Board certification in plastic surgery or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon with a strong track record of successful surgical outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Excellent surgical skills and proficiency in utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with medical colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the field of plastic surgery
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
