Consultant Plastic Surgeon

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our prestigious Government Hospital in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Performing a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to breast augmentation, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and facelifts
- Conducting thorough consultations with patients to understand their goals, explain procedures, and manage expectations
- Developing personalized treatment plans and providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care and optimal surgical outcomes
- Continuously staying updated with the latest advancements and techniques in plastic surgery through research and professional development

Requirements

- Mbbs/ Ms/Mch Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Board certification in plastic surgery
- Valid license to practice as a plastic surgeon in Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon, with a strong portfolio of successful surgical outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathetically engage with patients and their families
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage
