Job description / Role
Client is a global telecoms service provider is currently looking for an experienced Contact Center Support Engineer with Level 2 experience for a long term project based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Please see some of the responsibilities for the role below:
- Work with Operation team on Incident resolution and management.
- Generate System Reporting as needed.
- Track repeated incidents to solve the problems.
- Perform health check and fail-over testing to ensure system readiness for any emergency or scheduled maintenance
- Implement changes in adherence to change management procedures.
- Work with operation team on Implementing requested work orders.
- Update Root Cause Analysis for Incidents.
- Escalate to L3 as required.
