Content Security Operation Leader Opportunity with International Internet/Social Media Company
• Responsible for social media platform content review and moderation team management
• Engage with creating the content moderation rules
• Establishing the reward and punish system for content review team
• Arrange shift plan for content review team
• Daily team work efficiency and bad case review
Requirements
• Native / Local Saudi Arabian candidate Preferred
• Fluent in English
• Career Experience with structured thinking, good communication, team-collaborate, project management skills;
• Smart, Clever, Strong learning ability;
• Familiar with social media;
• Media editing experience is preferred
• Manage shift work team experience is preferred
• Highly sensitive about the politics and news safety
