Contract Administrator

Job description / Role

Contract Administrator (Transferable KSA Iqama only)

Major Grade A contracting company located in Saudi Arabia requires a Contract Administrator for Riyadh. To be considered for this role, candidates MUST be in Saudi Arabia with a TRANSFERABLE IQAMA. Candidates should have the following:

·Responsible for preparing, reviewing and administering contracts during the various stages of the construction process.

·Must be proficient in contracts development, contracts standards, and language.

·Must have the demonstrated ability to analyze and understand commercial and legal conditions in all contracts.

·Previous demonstrated working experience in excel, word and power point are essential.

·Experience should be with contracting company (working experience with Clients or Consultants are not preferred).

·Bachelor degree in Engineering or QS.

·(7 – 10) years’ experience.

·Must be fluent in English. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory. The candidate does not have to be able to speak or write in Arabic.

·Excellent communications skills (both verbal & writing).

·Claims preparation experience is a plus (in particular EOT claim).

Salary:
SAR 18,000 to 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: package, excluding medical, air ticket and vacation
