Roles & Responsibilities

• Required to join an established international contractor working on a large scale entertainment project in Riyadh. Responsibilities include
• Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, developing a strong working relationship with the client
• Be responsible for the overall management of others within the Contracts Group
• Assist in formation of subcontracts including pre-contract activities, drafting agreements (with flow down conditions from the client contract), bidder commercial qualification, administration and evaluation of tenders, negotiations of terms and conditions and award
• Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.

Salary:
SAR 15,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• A degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
• MRICS
• 20 years' minimum experience in similar roles
• Experience on large scale building & infrastructure projects
• Contractually and commercially astute
• Able to lead a multinational team and demonstrate good teamwork skills
• Preferably have experience of working in the Middle East
• Fluent in spoken and written English
