Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager

Job description / Role

Major tier 1 contracting group in Saudi Arabia requires an experienced Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager for NEOM. Candidates should have at least 10 years plus experience in Contractual Administration & Managment of Construction / Civil Engineering projects, with extensive experience in Contractual Correspondence, drafting contractual letters & Claims.
Proven experience with main contractors is required and candidates will be required to work in NEOM on single status.

Salary:
SAR 60,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• BSc Quantity Surveying, MSc Construction Law or similar
• 10 years plus Contract Administration & Management experience
• Main Contractors experience
• Claims, Dispute Resolution
