- Managing a small kitchen for a small catering business, total staff under management 3-4.
- You will have to manage staff, food rationing, and our presence on social networks

Requirements
- 5 years experience in managing a kitchen
- Able to accommodated bespoke special diets (this is a diet catering business)
- Manage Time & customer food feedback.
- Prior experience in manage kitchen, food, and staff
- Manage the space in the kitchen according to HACCP standards and laws
