Faithful+Gould is looking to recruit an experienced Coordination & Interface Manager who can provide professional and proactive support to the Senior Programme Manager for Faithful+Gould’s projects in KSA.

Main Responsibilities
• Conduct the day-to-day management of the Site Based Supervision Contractor (AS5 Lot 2), liaise regularly with works contractors (AS5 Lots 1& 2) and GPT Project Management and/ or MoD
• Coordinate all IPND Stage 3 works (Per Region) adhering to the master schedule and current approved Site List.
• Ongoing and active liaison with GPT Project Management, Site Based Supervision and Works Contractors to resolve issues early and safeguard the interests of the Project/Group.
• Ensure that the IPND mandatory procedures are strictly adhered to, in line with the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
• Provide support to Contracts Admin in the management of Daily Exception Reports (DER’s), Daily Labour Reports (DLR’s), Field Instructions & Technical Queries (FI/TQ).
• Provide assistance on Tap & OSP (trenching) allowance.
• Attend and chair (when required) weekly progress meetings with AS1, AS2, AS3 & AS5 Lot1&2.
• Deputise for Senior Programme Manager as the regional principle point-of-contract with GPT and/or MoD for Project Delivery Services.
• Carry out Performance Development Reviews of team members in accordance with HR system

Requirements

Decision Making Authority
• Assumed all delegated authority in the absence of Senior Programme Manager
• Authorised signatory on all day-to-day Programme Management matters (such as forms, checklists, minutes of meeting, etc.) concerning IPND Stage 3 – Project Delivery Services as delegated by the F+G Logistics Manager
• Zero commercial authority (e.g. regarding variation orders)
• Zero transactional authority (e.g. no budget to spend)
• Draft letters for F+G Senior Programme Manager and/or the F+G Project Leader where there is a clear scope, time, cost and quality impact on the IPND Stage 3 Project Delivery
• Services, or upon the AS5 contractual agreement

Management Information Reports
• Update the Weekly Checkpoint Report (WCPR) per region and assist the Senior Programme Manager with finalizing the WCPR
• Provide live information to the Project Controls team for reporting matters as and when required
• Provide data for Weekly Technical Committee Review (TCR) as and when required by Project Controls and/ or Senior Management
• Report on all regional activities to provide status per region

Communications and Working Relationships
• Management of the Acquisition Streams (AS 1,2,3,5 Lot 2) within IPND Stage 3. Interface Manager within each AS
• Regular Communication with Senior Programme Manager to provide updates on progress and/or issues.
• Regularly communicate with counterparts in other regions to maintain full programme coordination
• Coordinate with passes team in Central Office to receive regular updates on pass status.
• Liaise with Project Controls team to update on regional progress.
• Coordinate with GPT counterparts on all matters related to IPND Stage 3
• PMO (Lot 1 and Lot 2) or equivalent as appropriate
• GPT Project Management presentations, meetings and workshops as required
• SANGCOM presentations, meetings and workshops as required
