During your tenure as a Manager in Corporate and Treasury, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

- Delivery:
- Ability to manage and lead the overall success of a client engagement.
- Define the overall approach/ methodology for the engagement.
- Ensure high quality deliverables within the appropriate timelines.

Client:
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction to retain the client and produce more business.

Business Development:
- Lead the proposal development to respond to RFPs from the client.
- Define and design the solution/methodology to meet client's requirements.
- Take a lead in building eminence material/market go to material for effective Business Development.

Project Management:
- Prior experience in leading, managing, and delivering multiple projects whilst maintaining the project budget and timelines.

Team Working:
- Manage and work with the team members, coach junior people, and share knowledge and experience.
- Must work well independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Relevant working experience of 7 to 8 years in a Corporate Treasury function
- Experience of managing corporate treasury solution implementation as like Kyriba, FIS-Quantum, etc as a functional consultant
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes for Treasury function
- Cash and liquidity management assessment and optimization
- Treasury centralization and decentralization assessment and implementation
- Expertise & deep interest in our service offering (financial & commodity risk management, cash & liquidity management, accounting for financial instruments, regulatory compliance, treasury strategy & policies, procedures & controls)
- Expertise in core treasury module (Money Market and Loans, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Swap, Reporting and Risk Management, Cash Pooling and liquidity management)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Conceptual and quantitative depth in market risk methodologies and concepts and underlying markets and models
- Strong background and knowledge in:
- Treasury transformation and technology projects including process design, system selections, systems architecture design and treasury system implementations
- Integrating or standing-up Treasury organizations
- Transforming Treasury operations and processes in areas of cash management, forecasting, FX/IR risk management or international treasury
- Ensures effective planning and execution of corporate management and Treasury risk's current state assessments by considering the overall enterprise risk strategy and corporate strategy
- Ability to support clients with generating reports on cash operations, ensuring adequate liquidity so that there's never a shortage of cash, determining how much cash is available for use and forecasting both short- and long-term cash levels
- Support clients with deciding and prioritizing investments on financial risk management transformations to optimize ROI and enable the attainment of strategic objectives
- Provides client's leaders with strategic and tactical recommendations to effectively implement and sustain the target state financial risk management strategy
- Leverages assessment outcomes to design need-based and sustainable risk management transformation strategies
- Participates and leads aspects of the proposal development process; assembles a pursuit team with the necessary skillset and knowledge needed to prepare sales materials

Requirements:

Qualifications:
- CFA / FRM / CPA/ CA preferred
- Strong proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to think strategically and assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team; ability to sell additional services to clients
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Candidate shall be resourcefulness; flexibility; creativity; energy and versatility
