Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a large Saudi Arabian group who have operations in a number of industry verticals. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager at Group level to oversee there F&B and manufacturing division region wide. This role will be based in their corporate office in Riyadh.

The main responsibilities of the role are noted below:
• Monthly business review: prepare monthly management reports, including business and financial analysis and review, covering the financial performance and financial position, in addition to business drivers and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Marketing spending: work on analysis of marketing spending, on different stages, including in advance analysis (pre marketing activity), approval of the marketing spending, and post completion review by assessing the outcome and actual performance
• Capital expenditures (Capex): review, monitor, and report Group Capital Expenditures (Capex), according to the Group’s capex policy, and in line with the Group’s objectives and liquidity/solvency situation. Capex review should include financial and investment appraisal tools, such as Payback Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and other tools as per Capex nature and business nature
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reviews based on executive management and Board of Directors requirements
• Risk Management: assess the potential business losses resulting from internal factors (lack of controls, procedures failure, corporate governance) and external factors (macroeconomics, competitors, changes in laws and regulations)
• Direct interaction with functional non-finance departments, including Marketing, Operations, Development, Supply Chain, and HR

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Degree in accountancy or finance, a professional qualification is also preferred. Ideal candidate would have experience with one of the big four audit firms in financial advisory services in addition to industry exposure. You must have strong analytical exposure and quantitative skills, with a sound business sense, excellent negotiation skills and strong communication.
