Job description / Role
• Integrity of data: Responsible for the integrity of all financial data.
• Budget / Business Plan: prepare and consolidates annual budgets and business plans in coordination with the Company's organization heads and other finance departments
• Reporting: prepare monthly reports to the management and the shareholders as well as quarterly reports and presentations to the board.
• Improvements of processes: support continuous improvement in the process, policies and procedures, build effective and clear templates and presentations and improve tools and data management
Requirements
Education Background:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. MBA.
Experience:
• Eight (8) years of related experience, of which at least Five (5) years in an industrial environment.
• Control costs: challenge the business line on their submission and forecast to reduce costs.
