Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, Kitchen Staff and the frontliners for the French Gourmet brand - Fauchon. He will drive the operations excellence implementation and seek opportunities and initiatives that result in delivering the budget at store profit level as well as an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities in brief  
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the gourmet brand Complete P&L responsibility
• Handle Pre-opening and opening of new outlets and rolling out new projects
• Driving and delivering all financial KPIs, including sales and profits budgets
• Managing people performance and development in succession planning
• Delivering an outstanding food and service experience in all food outlets in relation to their respective individual brand identities
• Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant food hygiene and health & safety legislation and requirements in all outlets
• Planning and implementing new ideas and menu development as per the brand principles and work closely with stakeholders
• Championing a training and supporting culture within the teams to ensure high standards of work ethics and 'leading by example'
• Providing constant leadership via openness, trust, respect and positive feedback
• Handling end to end operations of the multi unit restaurants

Requirements

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in the F&B,
• Restaurants and Food Retail Outlets Minimum 3 years experience in Gourmet brands in GCC Bachelor's degree or any management degree
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience and ability to deal with franchiser's operational, financial and brand aspect of things
• Project management experience a must
• Strong financial acumen, proven leadership skills
• Good understanding of regional F&B market/consumer habits, international F&B trends
