Employment: Full Time

To enable us to offer customers the very best levels of support and high-quality services we have chosen to partner with some major IT and Telecom players around the world; These partnerships help Sahara Net to maintain its position as a major player in the local market delivering international standards with local professional resources.

Sahara Net is looking for a Customer Care agent to join its team in Saudi Arabia, with good level of Communication skills and good level of English language.

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional quality assistance to customers through all available means (phone, walk-in, site visit, offices).
- Receive and process payments for renewals and new subscriptions as per company rules.
- Keep company systems and customer information updated and 100% correct at all times.
- Cooperate and coordinate with team members to ensure optimum performance of Customer Care.
- Work according to a 24 hours shift schedule as assigned by Supervisor and Shift Leaders.

Requirements

Education
High school or equivalent.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Patient with others
- Microsoft Windows applications, systems data entry and internet search experience
- Works well under pressure
- Works well with others
- Good level of Communication
- Good level of English language
