Position Title: Data Center Specialist Consultant
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 23K SAR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Jeddah, KSA

A highly recognized international group handling Information Technology & Services located in KSA.

Job Description:
• Assess current facility and revalidate assumptions
• Obtain estimates from manufacturers/vendors for the various requirements
• Evaluate the proposals and make sure they meet the requirements and also comply with industry standards such as TIA-942, etc.
• Review the designs submitted by the engineering and design firm and make sure it meets the requirements
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and involve them as and when required in the various stages of the project
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open for Asian and Arabic nationals
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or any related course
• At least 6 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in building, upgrading, and/or migrating Data Centers along with operation and management experience
• Fundamental knowledge in Operating Systems such as Linux, Windows and Solaris including virtualization using VMWare and Hyper-V
• Knowledgeable in Data Center cooling, Data Center power, Dynamic/Rotary UPS Systems, BMS, Products and technologies from APC, Emerson/Liebert, Chloride, and Airedale, Water leak detection systems, and Data Cable management
• Data center experience in the HPC field is a plus including working knowledge in servers, interconnects, cabling, and cooling techniques
