One the largest groups in Saudi Arabia operating in the manufacturing, petrochemical and oil & gas industry are looking for a Debt Management Head to be based in their Riyadh office. The responsibilities of the Debt Management Head include

The responsibilities of the Debt Management Head include:
* To assist in the integration of the Company's subsidiaries into a centralized KSA Treasury, by consolidating debt activities and pursuing refinancing opportunities
* To provide and monitor risk management solutions in relation to interest rate risks.
* Assisting in the integration of the treasury functions of all of the associate companies by consolidating debt activities.
* To provide and monitor risk management solutions in relation to interest rate risks
* Develop financial plans that help formulate a balance between the short term and long term debt requirements for the company based on market situations.
* Draft guidelines around key financial assumptions for forecasting, planning and project investment analyses
* Help secure a corporate credit rating.
* Drive the treasury function and finance network.
* Monitor interest rates and take appropriate actions to minimize risk.
* Develop hedging policies.

Requirements

* Minimum undergraduate degree; Finance or business education preferred
* Appropriate qualification preferred. (CTP, CFA or CPA)
* Minimum 10 years' of experience in finance or treasury roles with 5 years in debt management, capital market, project finance or other fund raising related roles.
