Job description / Role
Our client, a charitable organisation in Riyadh, KSA requires a Development & Acquisition Manager for a social housing real estate initiative.
This is a key role in implementing the measures to filter for eligibility for the program. This is based largely on the income and size of the family who applies. You will manage the application and selection process. This will be the social aspect and suitable candidates will have a social sciences qualification and likely have experience working with an NGO and will be strong with IT systems in terms of data processing and storage.
Suitable candidates will have a tertiary qualification and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
The organisation has 20 years of experience in providing social housing, has a new and strengthened board of directors and a large capital injection with a clear vision to maximise the number of beneficiaries in the shortest amount of time.
