Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

PRODUCT QUALITY:
• End-to-end ownership of the entire value chain from ideation to release and lifecycle management

PRODUCT SUPPORT:
• Manage expectations with business sponsors and company executives

TALENT MANAGEMENT:
• Identify KPIs and use them as a cornerstone for team focus and priorities. Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles.

PRODUCT:
• Work closely with designers and engineers to define and drive product vision and distill a product roadmap along with story maps
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customers and users and gather key insights that will shape the digital experience.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with emphasis on decision-making over consensus
• Identify future potential of your products and get your teams, customers and business network excited about it.
• Lead design and development teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products
• Create A/B testing backlogs for rapid iteration on potential product improvements

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with strong technical understanding, knowledge in performance driven marketing and entrepreneurial attributes
• Deep experience in digital product development and marketing
• Experience with designing creative, quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
• Experience of operating within a multi-channel/multi-region brand
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analysis
• Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering, and Computer Science related field
• In-depth knowledge of agile principles and processes
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Attention to details with an ability to multitask
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to align with stakeholders
• Strong sense of business realities
